Cheesy Chick Pea Barbeque |

Soft Fresh Chick Peas (Hara Chana, Crushed)

Cottage Cheese Mashed

| Green Chillies Chopped |

| Ginger Chopped |

Grated Cheese

For The Mixed Masala :
Black Pepper Powder

1/2 Tsp

| Cumin Seeds (Roasted & Powdered) |
1 Tsp

| Mace Powder |
A Pinch

Cardamom Powder

Chilli Powder

|
Method :
- Heat butter in a frying pan.
- Add the crushed green chick peas and saute for 2 minutes.
- Now add the mashed paneer, chopped chillies and ginger, salt and grated cheese and mix well.
- Shape like Chiken tikka and thread onto skewers.
- Grill in a tandoor or in a oven.
- Place on a serving plate and sprinkle with the mixed masala.
- Serve hot with lime wedges, onion rings and spring onion greens.
