Cheesy Chick Pea Barbeque

Cooking Time : 45 minutes

Ingredients :

Butter 3 Tbsp
Soft Fresh Chick Peas (Hara Chana, Crushed)
250 gm
Cottage Cheese Mashed
200 gm
Green Chillies Chopped 2 Tsp
Ginger Chopped 2 Tsp
Salt To Taste
Grated Cheese
50 gm

For The Mixed Masala :

Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Tsp
Cumin Seeds (Roasted & Powdered) 1 Tsp
Mace Powder A Pinch
Cardamom Powder
A Pinch
Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp
Amchoor
1 Tsp

Method :

  • Heat butter in a frying pan.
  • Add the crushed green chick peas and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Now add the mashed paneer, chopped chillies and ginger, salt and grated cheese and mix well.
  • Shape like Chiken tikka and thread onto skewers.
  • Grill in a tandoor or in a oven.
  • Place on a serving plate and sprinkle with the mixed masala.
  • Serve hot with lime wedges, onion rings and spring onion greens.
