Cooking Time :45 Minutes

Ingredients:

Potatoes (Boiled and Mashed)
200 gm
Yam (Boiled and Mashed)
125 gm
Lemon Juice
1 Tsp
Salt
To Taste
Garlic Paste
1 Tsp
Coriander leaves (Chopped)
1/2 Cup
Green Chili (Chopped)
1 Tsp
Ginger paste
1 Tsp

Methods :

  • Mix the yam and potato and all other ingredients and mix well.
  • Lightly oil your hand and shape the mixture to make five to six small kababs.
  • Thread them onto a skewer and place over a charcoal fire or in a preheated medium hot oven and cook till crisp and brown in color.
  • It can also be made on non stick tawa applying 1 Tsp oil on it.
  • Take off the skewer and serve with onion rings, chopped spring onion leaves and lemon slices.
  • Serve the spicy chutney along side.
