Method :
- Mix all the ingredients except the cheese cubes and bread crumbs.
- Take a little vegetable mash in one hand and flatten it to make a small disk.
- Place a cheese strip in the center.
- Cover it completely with the vegetable mixture.
- Repeat with the rest of the mash.
- Roll the croquettes in the bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil till crisp & golden.( Don't keep the balls in oil for longer period as cheese will melt and come out.)
- Serve Hot with sauce/chutney.
