Cooking Times : 20 Minutes

Ingredients :

Lotus Roots
200 gm
Potatoes (Boiled, Peeled & Mashed)
100 gm
Spinach Finely Chopped 50 gm
Cinnamon Powder
1/2 Tsp
Cloves 4-5
Green Chillies (Chopped)
2-3
Ginger
2.5 cm
Salt
To Taste
Mustard Oil For Deep Frying

Method :

  • Grate the lotus roots and mix with the mashed potatoes and chopped spinach.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients , except the mustard oil and mix thoroughly.
  • Shape this mixture into tikkies.
  • Heat oil and deep fry.
  • Serve hot with Mint chutney.
