Method :
- Grate the lotus roots and mix with the mashed potatoes and chopped spinach.
- Add all the remaining ingredients , except the mustard oil and mix thoroughly.
- Shape this mixture into tikkies.
- Heat oil and deep fry.
- Serve hot with Mint chutney.
