Cooking Time: 20 min

Ingredients:

Cocunut(grated) 2 cups
Garlic 6-7 flakes
Curry Leaves 8-10
Curd 5 tbsp
Green Chillies 2 nos
Salt To taste

For baghar:

Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
Dry Red Chillies 2-3
Curry Leaves 5-6
Oil 1 tsp

 

Method:

  • Blend all ingredients of chutney in a blender and refrigerate .
  • In a microwave safe bowl add oil and microwave for 30 secs.at 100% power. Add all the ingredients for baghar and microwave for 2-3 mins. at 100% power. Stir in between.
  • Add baghar to coconut chutney and serve with idli, vada and dosa.
