Coconut chutney With Baghar |

Ingredients:
| Cocunut(grated) |
2 cups |
| Garlic |
6-7 flakes |
| Curry Leaves |
8-10 |
| Curd |
5 tbsp |
| Green Chillies |
2 nos |
| Salt |
To taste |

For baghar:
|

| Mustard Seeds |
1 tsp |
| Dry Red Chillies |
2-3 |
| Curry Leaves |
5-6 |
| Oil |
1 tsp |
Method:
- Blend all ingredients of chutney in a blender and refrigerate .
- In a microwave safe bowl add oil and microwave for 30 secs.at 100% power. Add all the ingredients for baghar and microwave for 2-3 mins. at 100% power. Stir in between.
- Add baghar to coconut chutney and serve with idli, vada and dosa.
