| Fruit Salt |

| Soda-Bi-Carbonate |
1/4 tsp |
| Curry Leaves |
5-6 |
| Roasted Cashewnuts |
1 tbsp |
| Dry Red Chillies |
2-3 |
| Mustard Seeds |
1 tsp |
| Salt |
to taste |
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients together to make a thick batter.
- Pour in greased microwave safe idli moulds and microwave(covered) at 60% power for 4-5 mins.
- Serve with coconut chutney & sambar.
