Ingredients:
Cabbage

Coconut

Mustard Seeds

1/2 tsp

Green Chillies

Curry Leaves

Salt & Black Pepper Powder

to taste

Method:
- In a microwave safe bowl heat oil at 100% power for 30 secs.
- Now add mustard seeds, curryleaves and green chillies and microwave at 100% power for 2 mins.
- Add shredded cabbage, salt and stir well. Microwave for 2-3 mins. at 100% power.
- Add grated coconut and microwave for 1 min. at 100% power.
- Serve Hot.
