Cooking Time : 15 Minutes plus soaking and fermenting time

Method :
- Clean, Wash and soak dal and rice seperately for 6-8 hours.
- Grind them to a paste using no or little water.
- Keep it for fermentation for few hours.
- Finely chop onion and tomatoes and add mustard seeds, salt and chilli powder to it.
- On a flat Pan/Tawa rub Half onion piece.
- Now pour the dal and rice mix onto the tawa using a deep spoon and make it round and 1/2 inch thick.
- After half minute apple ghee on all the sides.
- Now apply veg mix on it and cook covered for 2 minutes.
- Turn it and cook till done.
- Serve hote with coconut chutney.
