Method :
- Soak both the dals for 4-6 hrs.
- After soaking grind them coarsely. Should not be grounded very finely.
- Mix chopped onions, Green chillies, ginger, coriander and salt to the paste.
- Mix well with the help of a spoon.
- Heat oil in a karahi and with the help of both the hands make vadas and deep fry in the oil.
- Remove from oil when done or golden brown.
- Serve hot with sambhar.
