Method :
- Coarsely cut boiled potatoes. chop coriander leaves and green chillies.
- In a pan heat oil and add Mustard seeds. When they start to crackle add curry leaves and green chillies.
- Now add peanuts and cook for 6-8 minutes.
- Add boiled potatoe, salt, haldi and garam masala and mix well.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Remove from fire when done and keep aside.
- Now add salt and red chilli powder in the dosa mix and mix well.
- On a flat tawa rub half onion and spread the mix with the help of a deep spoon.
- Spread it in round shape and in such a way that it is thin.
- Cook covered for 2 minutes and then put potato mixture in the center and fold from both the sides.
- When done remove from fire and serve hot with sambhar or chutney.
