Cooking Time : 30 Minutes

Ingredients :

Dosa Mix ( Same as uttapam mix)
2 cup
Boiled potatoes
4
Onions
2
Green Chillies
2
Curry Leaves
8-10
Peanuts
1/2 cup
Salt
to taste
Coriander leaves
2 tbsp
Haldi
1/4 tsp
Oil
for shallow frying
Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp

Method :

  • Coarsely cut boiled potatoes. chop coriander leaves and green chillies.
  • In a pan heat oil and add Mustard seeds. When they start to crackle add curry leaves and green chillies.
  • Now add peanuts and cook for 6-8 minutes.
  • Add boiled potatoe, salt, haldi and garam masala and mix well.
  • Add coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Remove from fire when done and keep aside.
  • Now add salt and red chilli powder in the dosa mix and mix well.
  • On a flat tawa rub half onion and spread the mix with the help of a deep spoon.
  • Spread it in round shape and in such a way that it is thin.
  • Cook covered for 2 minutes and then put potato mixture in the center and fold from both the sides.
  • When done remove from fire and serve hot with sambhar or chutney.
