Cooking Time : 20 Minutes

Ingredients :

Suji 1 cup
Onion 2
green chillies 2
curry leaves 6-7
chana dal 1 Tbsp
Ghee 2 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds 1 Tsp
Cashew Nuts As per tastes
Salt To Taste

Method :

  • Heat ghee in a pan and add suji to it. Cook stirring continuously till it turns golden brown.
  • In another pan heat ghee and ass mustard seeds. Cook for 1 min.
  • Now add green chillies and curry leaves and cook for few seconds.
  • Add dal and cook till done.
  • Now add cut cashew nuts and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Now add cooked suji to it and add 2 cups water stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
