Method :
- Heat ghee in a pan and add suji to it. Cook stirring continuously till it turns golden brown.
- In another pan heat ghee and ass mustard seeds. Cook for 1 min.
- Now add green chillies and curry leaves and cook for few seconds.
- Add dal and cook till done.
- Now add cut cashew nuts and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add cooked suji to it and add 2 cups water stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed.
- Serve hot with chutney.
